Internal Audit Summer Internship located in Richmond, but willing to travel overseas!

Description: The employer is searching for an intelligent, self-motivated individual to assist the Internal Audit Department with analysis of domestic and foreign operations internal control compliance activities, process improvement and enterprise risk management. Internship responsibilities include: (1) testing of internal control processes and activities; (2) preparation of internal control compliance recommendations; (3) work with management to ensure compliance with previous internal control findings; (4) update reporting tool based upon observations and test work; and (5) assist in other management reviews. Student qualifications and interests: The ideal candidate will be a rising junior/senior majoring in accounting or finance. The intern must have completed basic and intermediate accounting classes. The intern must be self motivated, flexible and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ideal candidate must be willing to travel overseas.

Compensation Details/Other Benefits:
$11.00 per hour
